Pottery — shaping clay on a spinning wheel

Pottery is a tiny browser pottery wheel inspired by the classic Let's Create! Pottery. A lump of clay sits on a spinning disc; you drag along its silhouette to push the clay inward (narrow, neck) or pull it outward (bulge, belly). The shape is a surface of revolution, so what you draw on one side becomes the whole pot.

How to play

The wheel turns by itself. Drag your cursor or finger from anywhere on the clay to the radius you want at that height — the silhouette glides toward your finger as long as you hold. Move up and down the pot to taper, neck, swell or flare. Tap a glaze swatch to change the color. Calm gently smooths sharp transitions without losing the shape. Reset returns to a fresh lump. PNG saves your pot.

Why it's satisfying

Pottery is one of the oldest meditative crafts: a continuous spin, a soft material, a single hand. Even a digital, low-fidelity version keeps the rhythm — the wheel never stops, the clay never resists too hard, the silhouette breathes under the pointer. There is no goal, no order to fulfill, no star rating. You stop when the pot looks right.
